AddFormControl Method

Adds the specified form control to the shapes collection at the specified position and with the specified size.

Parameters

type

The type of the new form control.

left

Left edge of the new shape in points.

top

Top edge of the new shape in points.

width

Width of the new shape in points.

height

Height of the new shape in points.

Return Type

A shape object representing the newly created form control.

Remarks

Use RowToPoints and ColumnToPoints to convert row and column positions to points.
