Calculates all formulas in a workbook set.

Remarks

CalculateFull will defer actual calculation of the workbook set to the background calculation thread if all of the following are true:

• The current thread has acquired a lock on the workbook set.
• BackgroundCalculation is true.
• Calculation is not set to Calculation.Manual.
