ClearError Method

Clears errors associated with the custom function which is currently being evaluated.

Remarks

Typically, the first error seen in any argument to a custom function will be the result of the custom function. To override this behavior, call ClearError after finishing all access to function arguments.

Note: Accessing function arguments after calling ClearError will result in undefined behavior.

The recommended practice for overriding default error handling is to:

• Finish all access to arguments.
• Call ClearError.
• Set the return value.
