The fractional row position to convert.
Converts from a zero based fractional row position to points (1/72 of an inch).

Parameters

row
The fractional row position to convert.

Return Value

The distance in points from the top of the first row of the worksheet to the zero based fractional row position.

  • 0.0 is the top of the first row.
  • 0.5 is the center of the first row.
  • 1.0 is the top of the second row.
Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
