PropertySchemeColorDefinedReturns true if the SchemeColor property of colors represented by this IColorFormat is the same, otherwise false is returned.  
PropertyThemeColorGets or sets the theme color of all objects represented by this IColorFormat.  
PropertyTintAndShadeGets or sets the color modifier.
