For the most trouble free installation experience, please remove previously installed versions of SpreadsheetGear 2023 before installation. The SpreadsheetGear 2023 installers will attempt to update any previous installations of SpreadsheetGear 2023, but this will not always work, particularly if the previous SpreadsheetGear 2023 installation has been installed from a network drive or from the Internet.
Please close all running instances of Visual Studio while installing SpreadsheetGear 2023.
The installer attempts to register the applicable WorkbookView and FormulaBar Windows Forms and WPF controls with Visual Studio.
The older Express versions of Visual Studio do not support the APIs used by SpreadsheetGear 2023 for this registration process, so you must manually register the WorkbookView and FormulaBar controls.
